THE WYLDER HOTEL
We will be hosting our wedding weekend at Wylder Hotel in Windham, New York. All of the festivities will be taking place on site and we'd love for you stay with us!

Our room block is officially open!

In order to access our wedding block and discount, please call the Wylder front desk at (518) 734-4510 and let them know you'll be attending the Jaffe-Cassidy Wedding. There is a 2 night minimum stay for all wedding block room bookings. We have blocked a variety of room types. The front desk will have all availability and pricing information.

HIKE KAATERSKILL FALLS 🥾⛰️
A 30-minute drive from Windham’s main street will take you to the Kaaterskills trailhead, where a scenic 1.7-miles round hike will reward you with impressive waterfall views. The parking lot can get crowded on weekends, so we recommend leaving yourself extra time if you go on Saturday.

Horses! You can book a 1 hour trail ride at Mountain Brook Farm on their website. It's about a 15 minute drive from the Wylder.
Golf  ⛳️
The Windham Golf Club at Windham Mountain is about a 5 minute drive from the Wylder Hotel and you can book a tee time online. You can also play at the Windham Country Club, which is right next door to the hotel, but they don't have a website so you'll need to call to reserve a tee time at (518) 734-9910.‍
THE VINEYARD AT WINDHAM 🍷
Sample a selection of wines from the Finger Lakes, Hudson Valley, and Long Island regions, in a scenic winery setting where the rows of vines disappear into the greenery of the mountain backdrop. About a 12 min drive from the Wylder.

Questions

WHAT TO WEAR?
The welcome dinner on Friday night will be cocktail attire.
The wedding on Saturday will be formal/black tie optional, so please dress in formal attire (a tux, suit and tie, a dress or jumpsuit, or whatever makes you feel fancy and beautiful).

Both events will be a mix of indoors and outdoors, depending on weather, so we recommend grass-friendly shoes and a jacket or second layer in case it gets cold.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
All official wedding events will be adults-only. We really appreciate you making childcare arrangements ahead of time so you can party like it's 2009. We realize this no small lift for parents and thank you in advance.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Due to budget and space limitations, we can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Please do not bring a plus one unless they are specifically indicated on your invitation and RSVP form. Thank you so much for understanding.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
If staying at the Wylder Hotel you can add a dog to your room reservation for $50/night and there is a dog park onsite. Many of the hotels nearby also have dog-friendly rooms. 


All official wedding events will be humans-only.
Is there a gift registry?
We are so appreciative that you’re spending the time and effort to come to our wedding! If you would also like to give a gift, we would be thrilled with a contribution to our honeymoon fund. We're planning to spend our honeymoon in South Africa, celebrating and exploring.
